IMPORTANT NOTICE — PLEASE READ
This Notice Constitutes Part of Your Contract for Travel-Related Services
Please review all travel documents carefully upon receipt. Contact Wings to Water Travel immediately if you have any questions or notice any discrepancies.
Wings to Water Travel (hereinafter referred to as the “Travel Service”) acts solely as an agent for travel suppliers in arranging and coordinating travel services that are not directly provided by the Travel Service. These services may include, but are not limited to, airline transportation, hotel accommodations, tours, cruises, ground transportation, and other related services (collectively referred to as “Suppliers”).
Because the Travel Service acts only as an agent, it shall not be responsible for any breach of contract, failure to comply with applicable laws (including, but not limited to, accessibility regulations), or for any intentional, negligent, or otherwise wrongful acts or omissions of any Supplier. The Travel Service shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, inconvenience, or expense incurred by travelers or their companions resulting from the actions or inactions of any Supplier.
Unless the term “guaranteed” is expressly stated in writing on your invoice or itinerary, the Travel Service does not guarantee Supplier pricing, availability, reservations, schedules, connections, or handling of baggage or personal effects.
The Travel Service shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: acts of terrorism, civil or labor unrest, mechanical failures, construction issues, natural disasters, disease, governmental actions, border restrictions, climatic conditions, or other abnormal or unforeseen events.
Travelers are solely responsible for verifying and obtaining all required travel documentation, including passports, visas, vaccinations, and entry requirements for each destination, as well as for understanding the safety and security conditions of those destinations. Requirements may change at any time, and it is the traveler’s responsibility to remain informed prior to and during travel.
Travelers are strongly encouraged to travel with valid government-issued identification and to review official travel advisories, health notices, and entry regulations applicable to their destinations.
By choosing to travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks associated with travel, whether expected or unexpected. These risks may include travel disruptions, medical issues, weather events, financial default of travel suppliers, or personal emergencies that may affect travel plans.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and travel delays. Information regarding available travel protection options is available through the Travel Service upon request.
Use of our services to research, plan, or book travel, and the acceptance or retention of tickets, confirmations, or itineraries issued by Wings to Water Travel, constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms. The traveler agrees to share this information with all members of their traveling party.
